Roof Replacement Process

Take Off, Coordinate & Reinstall

1. Existing-System Review

We review the roof, attachment method, conductors, air terminals, bonds and visible conditions before tear-off begins.

2. Remove or Protect

Reusable components are documented and carefully removed, temporarily relocated or protected based on the agreed roofing sequence.

3. Roofing Coordination

We communicate attachment locations, penetrations, compatible materials and timing with the roofing contractor.

4. Reinstall & Final Review

After the roof is ready, the system is reinstalled, damaged components are addressed and the completed visible system is reviewed.
